Having initially identified the site in 2014, we have created a premier business destination, attracting high quality organisations such as B&Q and Butternut Box. We would like to thank Bassetlaw District Council for sharing our vision and for its long-term commitment to the site, which has helped to create investment and employment opportunities for the area.

What began as a man and a van, has grown into a thriving business with two sites and a skilled team of 40 employees. Proudly based in North Nottinghamshire, our founders, Helen and Shaun, have worked in the area their entire lives, and remain deeply committed to supporting the Bassetlaw area.
I moved into Middletons Yard, in late December 2023 and I couldn't have been made more welcome. The Team have made my transition, from an office in Sheffield, to Worksop, absolutely flawless. The reception team simply go out of their way to make everyone's day, an absolute delight. Everyone here, has a smile for everyone and it makes coming to Middletons Yard a delight and a pleasure to look forward to. Imagine, still enjoying coming to work, at my age!
